Job Summary
Regional Product Manager responsible for leading product lifecycle management from strategy to execution within BorgWarner's automotive aftermarket portfolio. Drive business cases for portfolio expansion and optimization, serve as the primary product expert supporting sales and customer engagements, and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, buyer, marketing and Sales. Align pricing strategy with regional and global objectives, analyze market trends and the competitive landscape, and facilitate knowledge transfer between global and regional teams. Preferred experience includes automotive aftermarket exposure and understanding of vehicle systems and electronics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience in automotive product management
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L understanding
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proven ability to work in matrix organizations
