Job Summary
Lead product strategy and execution for the US market, ensuring alignment between global objectives and regional business needs. Partner with US client teams, business leads, and operations to translate market requirements into product priorities while serving as the primary product point of contact for US leadership. Oversee product initiative delivery, guide cross-functional teams on prioritization and trade-offs, and drive adoption across US markets. Monitor adoption KPIs, gather user feedback, and optimize workflows to maximize value. Provide mentorship to regional product managers and establish best practices aligned with global governance standards. This full-time hybrid role requires in-office presence four days per week, with travel to support client and production needs.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in product management
- At least 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong experience in marketing technology, creative production, or platform-based products
- Proven ability to operate in a global matrix organisation and influence without direct authority
- Experience managing regional or market-specific product adaptation and rollouts
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of client-facing environments
- Deep understanding of digital content workflows (creation, localisation, distribution)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior leadership
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution oversight
- Strong user empathy, particularly for marketers, creative teams, and operations stakeholders
- In-person/in-office minimum of 4 days per week
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
