Job Summary
Regional Procurement Manager – Content & Insights in Panama City, Panama: Define and deliver the global category strategy for spend within Content & Insights, using Nestlé’s strategic sourcing processes, tools and policies. Partner with local, regional, global, and cross-functional stakeholders to embed category plans into budgets, forecasts, and price planning. Drive value through total cost of ownership improvements, risk mitigation, and innovation initiatives. Own the global supplier strategy, lead negotiations, and build long-term partnerships to strengthen commercial excellence and operational resilience. Cultivate relationships with suppliers to ensure effective development and management practices, and ensure compliance with Nestlé’s Corporate Business Principles. Requires 5+ years of procurement experience in regional/global category management (ideally marketing services incl Martech), experience in multinational environments, strong communication and stakeholder management, supplier management and negotiation capabilities, and English proficiency (Spanish/Portuguese beneficial).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years procurement experience in regional or global category management (ideally in marketing services incl Martech)
- Experience in multinational environments with large-scale spend
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong supplier management and negotiation capabilities
- Experience developing and delivering value propositions to a complex business unit portfolio
- English proficiency; Spanish and/or Portuguese considered beneficial
