Regional Procurement Business Partner

Lead and develop a Europe-wide procurement team delivering both indirect and direct procurement support across Service Lines and Enabling Functions. Drive a strategic and disciplined approach to supplier spend, supplier management, and cost optimization to reduce total cost of ownership, optimize the supply base, and enhance supplier quality and compliance. Apply deep procurement expertise within the engineering and construction industry to ensure effective, value-driven outcomes. Responsibilities include leading and growing procurement professionals across Europe, managing full contract lifecycle (renewals and amendments), conducting supplier performance evaluations and improvement plans, identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, ensuring adherence to procurement policies and systems, conducting cost analyses of third-party spend, implementing cost optimization initiatives, and collaborating with business leads and the regional director on procurement improvements. Qualifications include strong sourcing strategy, supplier relationship management, end-to-end procurement knowledge, contract law understanding, independent working and stakeholder influence, and English proficiency with preferred additional languages.
