Job Summary
Regional Premises Manager responsible for security, monitoring, cleaning, building and maintenance across TKAT academies; requires knowledge of regulatory health and safety compliance, ability to plan and review premises-related risk assessments and action plans, and hands-on DIY skills. Strong communicator and team player with prioritisation skills, comfortable acting as primary key holder and maintaining security, and capable of contributing to an environment that supports safe learning across multiple academy sites.
Required Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of regulatory bodies and compliance to ensure health and safety compliance across premises.
- Responsibility for all planned maintenance, health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and action plans.
- Practical DIY/handyperson skills.
- Ability to act as primary key holder and maintain security at all times.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and record-keeping abilities.
