Job Summary
Regional Practice Administrator responsible for the overall operation of TCP Pediatrics Clinics in Texas, overseeing onboarding of sites, budgeting, coaching Practice Managers, improving patient experience and workflow, participating in TCP/TCH committees, monitoring customer satisfaction, and driving process improvements and policy/procedure enhancements across practices. The role includes collaborating with Directors of Regional Operations, physicians, and Practice Managers to develop annual budgets, conduct performance appraisals for direct reports, and support development through education, training, feedback and coaching of leadership and supervisory personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health or related field required
- 4 years Practice management experience or healthcare administration experience required
