Regional Power System Application Manager

Job Summary
Serve as the technical focal point for regional Power System opportunities by engaging with customers to understand application requirements, operational scenarios, and technical challenges. Gather, analyze, and document customer needs, translating them into clear system and product specifications while supporting design reviews. Define and develop electrical system drawings, including power distribution, signal integrity, and grounding concepts, and create system block diagrams and architecture documentation. Perform system-level trade-off analyses covering performance, redundancy, scalability, reliability, cost, safety, and fault operation to support detailed design teams. Collaborate with sales, business development, product management, and engineering teams to ensure product development aligns with market demands. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 5+ years of experience in data center power product development is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in electrical system and solution design
- Must have good planning, organizing, documentation and communication skills
- Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical system architecture, including power electronics, control systems, and signal integrity
- Clear understanding of diverse power and thermal data center infrastructure systems
- Experience with system-level design and requirement decomposition
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Visio drawing software
- Must be team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
