Job Summary
Regional Portfolio Manager for a portfolio of 6-10 multi-family properties in the Seattle area. Oversees budget development and attainment, monitors operational/financial performance, leads a team of Property Managers, staffing and development, and collaborates with Asset Managers and Directors to optimize occupancy and revenue. Responsibilities include reviewing financials and market data, implementing action plans, coordinating vendor and contractor activity, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining brand integrity across platforms. Requires 5+ years in multi-family property management, supervisory experience, budget experience, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in multi-family property management
- minimum 4 years in a supervisory role
- 5+ years managing multiple sites
- Bachelor's Degree in real estate, accounting, finance or related field (preferred)
- Yardi software proficiency
- MS Office and related databases software proficiency
- ARM, CPM, CAM designation (preferred)
- WA Real Estate license (desired)
