Regional Planner/Scheduler

This Regional Planner/Scheduler role combines planning and scheduling responsibilities for maintenance and engineering resources. It involves receiving and validating customer work requests, entering data into CMMS, generating work orders, and optimizing maintenance resource utilization. Duties include scheduling maintenance activities (service requests, preventive/corrective, corrective), coordinating with the account management team, identifying resources and materials, preparing specifications/work packages, maintaining CMMS backlog and asset registry, communicating with Building Managers to determine scope and priority, administering preventive maintenance tracking, analyzing resource requirements, and contributing to performance reporting. The role requires strong planning and organizational skills, proficiency with CMMS and Excel, and the ability to work across maintenance, operations, and engineering teams, while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of tasks.
