Job Summary
Regional Planner/Scheduler responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance and engineering resources using CMMS, managing backlog, coordinating with departments, and ensuring timely, safe, and efficient work packages. Duties include creating and disseminating maintenance schedules, identifying resources and materials, coordinating with supervisors, performing QA in the work order process, maintaining asset registry, and delivering performance reporting. Requires strong planning/organizational skills, proficiency with CMMS and Excel, and effective communication with account and client teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery commitments. Required Qualifications
- High school/GED with equivalent experience; Associates degree in maintenance technology preferred
- Strong communication skills (oral/written)
- Time management skills
- Strong administrative and mathematical skills
- Willingness to handle paperwork
- Working knowledge of personal computers
- Ability to navigate CMMS and MS Excel
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Understanding of work orders, priorities, scheduling
