Job Summary
Schedules maintenance activities and prepares work orders by coordinating resources and using CMMS; analyzes resource requirements, assigns mechanical/electrical/engineering services, and maintains the CMMS asset registry and backlog. Communicates with Building Manager/Requester to determine priority, submits notifications for upcoming shutdowns, administers preventive maintenance tracking, and collaborates with account management and CUSTOMER management teams to apply best practices in safety, quality, and scheduling. Maintains performance reports and ensures costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met, with daily/weekly planning and scheduling duties across maintenance and engineering resources.
Required Qualifications
- High school/GED with equivalent experience; Associates degree in maintenance technology preferred
