Job Summary
Regional Personal Training Manager who recruits, hires, and onboarding Personal Training staff within assigned region; coaches trainers on client consultations, drives fulfillment of KPI targets for regional PT growth, ensures adherence to PT policies, and leads by example in sales, training, and program implementation across multiple clubs.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced Certified Personal Trainer with previous experience
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Pass a personal training Strength and Conditioning Assessment
- Detail- and results-oriented with high degree of professionalism
- Positive, motivating, effective interpersonal communication
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in teams
- CPR/AED certified
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding and mentoring within a personal training/fitness club environment
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Sales-driven with KPI ownership and regional leadership experience
- Knowledge of fitness industry certifications (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NASM, etc.) and CPR/AED
