Job Summary
Coach station leaders and managers through training, real feedback, and recognition while serving as the go-to People Partner for Operations leaders on tricky issues. Own employee and labor relations across stations by running investigations, digging into root causes, and landing fair outcomes in partnership with Legal. Transform employee data, survey results, and ground-level insights into actionable recommendations for leaders. Partner across People and Operations on initiatives like onboarding, process fixes, and ensuring consistent People practices at every station. This in-operation role is based out of Denver International Airport (DEN) with up to 50% anticipated travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR or People Business Partner experience
- real time supporting hourly or frontline teams
- handling complex employee relations matters
- Earning trust with operational leaders quickly
- coaching them through hard calls with good judgment and empathy
- Reading data and what people are actually telling you
