Regional Payroll Manager (Temp)

Manage the regional Payroll team and lead end-to-end payroll processes across the AME region, ensuring full compliance with tax and statutory requirements. Administer Sage VIP system maintenance, reconcile payrolls with Workday and general ledgers, and process weekly and monthly audits while resolving third-party payment discrepancies. Formulate policies, document procedures, and initiate improvement projects to enhance team efficiency. Partner with HR to ensure accurate employee onboarding, terminations, and leave administration, and support management in quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
