Job Summary
Regional Payroll Advisor responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for a designated region across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. Key duties include executing full-cycle payroll, inputting and maintaining employee payroll data (new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits deductions), performing regular payroll reconciliations, supporting year-end processes and audits, serving as the point of contact for employee payroll questions, and utilizing platforms like Workday or SAP. The role requires experience in global or multi-national payroll, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (including vlookups and pivots), experience with Workday or SAP, and excellent English communication, all within a collaborative, hybrid-working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in payroll in a global or multi-national environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (including vlookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas)
- Experience with major payroll platforms such as Workday or SAP
- Meticulous attention to detail and structured problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
