Job Summary
Regional Parts Sales Representative responsible for leading aftermarket parts sales growth and customer relationships across the assigned Western Area, driving revenue, margin, and market share through account management, business development, and cross-functional execution with branches and commercial leadership; oversees 300+ customer accounts, develops territory plans, analyzes buying patterns, presents pricing and programs, and collaborates with multiple teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable growth; requires travel ~70% and relocation to territory, with remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years parts sales or heavy-duty truck/bus aftermarket experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/CRM tools
- Bilingual (English/French/Spanish) a plus
- Must live in or relocate to the territory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- CRM/SAP reporting and pipeline visibility
- Analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Travel willingness ~70%
