Job Summary
Regional Partnerships Manager for ESW overseeing partner recruitment and development in the Madrid region. Drive partner engagement and growth, maintain strong partner relationships, align partner initiatives with commercial goals, track performance metrics, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute joint marketing, sales enablement, and co-branded initiatives. Facilitate partner training/resources, stay informed on industry trends, provide insights to optimize partnerships, and deliver regular progress reports to senior management. Requires fluency in English, French, and Spanish; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; and 1–3 years in partnerships, sales, account management, or business development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, sales, account management, or business development (internships included)
- Fluent in English, French, and Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with data and a willingness to develop analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
