Regional Partnership Manager, K-12 Education

Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy to achieve enrollment, grow partnerships, and revenue goals across designated priority states. Identify, prospect, and cultivate new school and district partnerships while leading complex sales conversations and guiding prospects through the decision-making process. Build trusted relationships with Principals, School Counselors, and district decision makers by serving as a consultative partner who understands school needs and recommends solutions. Deliver compelling presentations to leadership teams and represent Penn Foster at regional and national conferences. Partner closely with Marketing, Admissions, Academics, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure an exceptional partner experience and share market intelligence. Complete a role-specific assessment and recorded video interviews as the first steps in the hiring process, followed by employment eligibility verification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of success in sales, business development, partnership development, account management, or related field
- Experience working in K-12 education, educational services, EdTech, curriculum, workforce development, or related industries
- Demonstrated experience generating new business and growing strategic customer relationships
- Proven ability to manage a large territory and multiple stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel throughout assigned territory as needed
- Candidates will be required to complete a role-specific assessment as the first step in the hiring process
