Regional Partnership Manager, K-12 Education

Job Summary

Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy to achieve enrollment, grow partnerships, and revenue goals across designated priority states. Identify, prospect, and cultivate new school and district partnerships while leading complex sales conversations and guiding prospects through the decision-making process. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by analyzing territory trends, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics. Establish trusted relationships with Principals, School Counselors, and district decision makers to serve as a consultative partner recommending solutions that support student achievement. Partner closely with Marketing, Admissions, Academics, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure an exceptional partner experience and leverage organizational resources to solve challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of success in sales, business development, partnership development, account management, or related field
  • Experience working in K-12 education, educational services, EdTech, curriculum, workforce development, or related industries
  • Demonstrated experience generating new business and growing strategic customer relationships
  • Proven ability to manage a large territory and multiple stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned territory as needed
  • U.S. Work Location Requirement: All employees must reside in and perform work within the United States
  • Candidates must be willing and able to travel as needed
  • Employees are expected to be on camera during meetings unless extenuating circumstances apply
  • Employment with Penn Foster Group is contingent upon successfully completing applicable pre-employment screening requirements, which may include verification of employment history, education, and criminal background, where permitted by law
  • All hires must complete employment eligibility verification in compliance with federal law
