Job Summary
Regional Partner responsible for driving growth and execution of service agreements across Southeast Asia, partnering with Sales to expand the service portfolio, define commercial structures, and ensure customer success through contractual partnerships. Owns service agreements portfolio (e.g., Remote Services, Inspection, and Maintenance), leads regional support structure including quotation management and back-office operations, manages contract delivery and renewals, collaborates cross-functionally to deliver integrated service solutions, develops integrated service proposals balancing customer needs with business objectives, and maintains documentation and cost models aligned with global guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in value-based selling or front-end commercial roles
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of maintenance strategies and planning methodologies
- Solid commercial acumen, including pricing, cost management, and risk assessment
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization across multiple countries and business units
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
