Job Summary
Regional Partner Manager for the Southeast US focused on building scalable partner routes to market with CSPs and resellers. Responsible for developing and executing regional partner strategies, enabling Wiz sellers on partner GTM, coordinating joint business plans, organizing partner events, managing partner agreements and escalations, and providing deal and forecast support. Requires extensive channel sales experience, deep partner network in the Southeast, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The role emphasizes relationship management, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration with legal, marketing, and sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of channel sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Established relationships with Southeast partner reseller leadership
- Creative problem-solving and knowledge-sharing mindset
- Strong process orientation and operational excellence
- Deep expertise in channel sales and partnerships
- Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding
- SaaS channel experience
- Familiarity with Cloud Service Provider marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Ability to organize and manage partner events (minimum 4 per quarter)
- Experience with partner agreements and legal documentation (MNDA, OTRA, master agreements, order forms)
