Job Summary
Regional Outside Sales Rep responsible for prospecting and generating new business in assigned territory, presenting proposals to individuals and groups, following up on prospects/clients, and closing sales in SMB/ SME/HOA/Multi-Family markets. Role requires travel within an assigned region (approximately 3–8 counties), daily client visits, and a short sales-cycle with potential longer cycles for certain segments. Compensation includes base salary, commissions/bonuses, and a monthly vehicle allowance with travel expense coverage; benefits after probation. Successful candidates will be skilled at communicating and presenting, with experience in CRMs and Microsoft Office, and the ability to design/consult on technical systems related to video surveillance, access control, alarm, and related security technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years direct industry or similar experience
- ability to design/consult such systems
- CRM experience
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- no felony or criminal record
- pass drug screening
- furnish own reliable vehicle
- ride along onboarding with training and certifications
