Job Summary
Regional Outreach Manager responsible for fostering and strengthening relationships among a healthcare system, hospital, physicians, criminal justice, and community partners to grow referrals and improve patient care. Responsibilities include developing and nurturing referral relationships, tracking referral data to identify trends and optimize strategies, aligning with regional operations, growing referrals and admissions within the territory, coordinating with intake coordinators, clinical staff and operations to ensure a seamless referral process, identifying and resolving referral issues, creating and executing territory plans, meeting KPIs through in-person and virtual meetings, trade shows, and documentation in CRM within 24-48 hours, and presenting quarterly strategic plans for top accounts. Regulatory compliance with HIPAA, STARK, and applicable laws is required. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of healthcare, business sales, or clinical experience; CRM experience is preferred. The position offers a compensation range of $85,000-$90,000 plus bonuses, with a work arrangement that is 50% remote and 50% travel within the greater Nashville area. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Five (5) combined years of healthcare, business sales and/or clinical experience
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a healthcare referral development professional who is engaging, focused, and credible
- CRM experience preferred
- Experience interfacing with criminal justice a plus
- HIPAA, STARK and other healthcare-referral-regulatory knowledge
