Regional Operations Support Manager - Mid Atlantic Region

Job Summary
Audit regional operations to maximize gross margins and EBITDA by implementing cost-containment strategies and enforcing standardized pricing guides. Conduct ticket dives, warehouse controls, and unannounced job site inspections to optimize labor efficiency, reduce recalls, and ensure safety compliance. Mandate 100% data compliance within ServiceTitan and enforce a strict cash-on-delivery policy to accelerate AR resolution and cash flow. Partner with branch managers to clear aging receivables and drive technician adoption of consumer financing programs. Monitor fleet telematics to reduce fuel costs and liabilities while maintaining zero-incident culture standards. Requires 5+ years of multi-site operations experience, advanced proficiency in ServiceTitan and financial dashboards, and a valid driver's license with extensive overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-site operations experience or proven track record of operational excellence ideally within a home services platform
- Proven success transforming underperforming branches into high-margin, highly compliant business units
- Fluent with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High School diploma or GED
- Data-Driven Leadership: Ability to dissect P&L statements, identify margin leakage, and quickly execute corrective action plans
- Change Management: Strong leadership presence to overcome technician push back and drive adoption of processes
- Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency in ServiceTitan, fleet telematics, and real-time financial dashboards
- Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers
- Find it rewarding to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively to see a task through to completion
- Work well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment
- Enjoy patiently, empathetically helping others
- Valid driver license with acceptable driving record
- Extensive travel is required including overnight travel
