Regional Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Uphold store standards by evaluating merchandising plans, displays, and signage to meet regional sales objectives. Collaborate with merchants and specialists to develop sales initiatives, coordinate regional plans, and improve customer experience while reducing shrink. Enforce safety, sanitation, and food safety regulations; assess in-stock conditions and backroom inventory levels to address out-of-code issues. Assist store management with training, talent development, and promotion of associates across all levels. Drive financial results in the operating region by executing programs essential to success and making strategic decisions with District Managers. Maintain an onsite presence and travel throughout the assigned Pennsylvania territory, including Allentown, York, and the Delaware Valley. Bachelor's degree in Business preferred with three years' experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to maintain an onsite presence
- Must be able to travel within the assigned territory covering locations throughout Pennsylvania
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience
