Job Summary
Regional Operations Specialist is responsible for the efficient operation and overall management of an assigned Community in accordance with policies, standards, and regulations; aims to achieve budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance; lead and coach Community Directors; drive marketing and sales to meet census goals; and represent the property to outside agencies. Requires RCFE Administrator Certificate, 2 years of college, 3 years of elderly residential care experience, and willingness to travel across California (up to 95%+). Salary range $165,000-$175,000. Required Qualifications
