Job Summary
Regional Operations Specialist, New Development responsible for the overall management and direction of an assigned Community in accordance with policies and regulations; oversee occupancy and budgetary compliance; coach Community Directors; lead marketing and sales to meet census goals; travel across California (up to 95%+). Must have RCFE Administrator Certificate, Senior Living experience, and willingness to travel. Location-centric focus includes California communities, with operating footprints in California, Hawaii, and Nevada. Required Qualifications
- RCFE Administrator Certificate
- Two years of college
- Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly
