Job Summary
Regional Operations Specialist overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned RCFE communities, directing administrative activities, achieving occupancy and budget goals, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include representing the property to outside agencies, guiding financial management and team relations, and leading marketing and sales efforts to meet census targets. Must possess an RCFE Administrator Certificate, at least two years of college, and three years of experience in residential elder care; experience with RealPage Accounting and Leasing, You’ve Got Leads (YGL), and ADP is preferred. Travel up to 95%+ across California, Hawaii, and Nevada; includes potential extended assignments. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, life insurance, 401(k), and more. Required Qualifications
- RCFE Administrator Certificate
- Two years of college required
- Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly
