Job Summary
Regional Operations Specialist responsible for the day-to-day management and direction of an assigned Community in California, with up to 95% travel to communities. Role focuses on occupancy/budgetary compliance, professional representation of the company, and creating a supportive environment for residents and team members. Lead marketing and sales efforts to meet census goals, coach Community Directors on financial management and service quality, and ensure regulatory compliance. Requires RCFE Administrator Certificate, two years of college, and three years of experience in residential elder care. Travel options include frequent assignments to communities, with PPE and health-safety protocols as per regulatory guidelines; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and additional programs. Required Qualifications
- RCFE Administrator Certificate
- Two years of college
- Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly
- Experience with RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents, You’ve Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or other HRIS is preferred
