Job Summary
Regional Operations Quality Business Partner leads quality improvement projects across multiple manufacturing sites, partnering with plant teams and distribution centers to reduce cost of poor quality, standardize processes, and improve key operational KPIs; involves supporting corrective actions, risk assessments, training Plant Quality Managers, and driving implementation of new standards in a hybrid role based in Katowice, Poland within the EMEA region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations (engineering, quality, or production roles)
- 5+ years of experience in quality roles within a manufacturing environment
- Certification in continuous improvement methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Experience with structured problem-solving methods such as A3 or root cause problem solving, 8D or similar
- Experience leading improvement projects and managing change across teams
- Fluency in English
- Ability to travel 20–25% of the time
