Regional Operations Manager - Southern

Oversee daily clinic operations including manpower planning, staff performance, training, scheduling, and compliance with company policies. Monitor clinic revenue, patient volume, profitability, budgets, and KPIs while preparing performance analyses for management. Ensure high standards of patient care by investigating complaints, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining relationships with doctors and clients. Conduct regular audits covering billing, cash handling, inventory control, asset maintenance, and SOP compliance. Support marketing initiatives and business growth activities while collaborating with internal departments to achieve organizational objectives. Requires five years of operational experience in the pharma or medical industry, fluency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin, and ownership of transport for site visits. Based in JB or willing to relocate.
