Job Summary
Regional Operations Manager overseeing multiple locations in the Columbia/Florence, SC and Augusta, GA area. Leads field operations, drives safety, customer service, and operational excellence; manages fleet-related activities (upfitting, GPS systems, Drive Cam, radios), coordinates with railroad customers, recruits and develops staff, analyzes branch performance, and travels to locations for recruiting, training, safety meetings, and coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum 1+ year of supervisory or management experience
- Must live within 30 minutes of the branch location
- Must be able to read, write, and converse in English
- Must have a valid state driver’s license
- Must have at least 5 years of verifiable driving experience
- Must be able to travel to multiple locations as needed
