Regional Operations Manager - Rockies

Job Summary
Oversight and execution of installer recruiting, development, and management within the region. Direct management of Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator. Administer and report on regional manpower utilization, capacity tracking, installer needs, and use of surge installers. Conduct field rides, coaching trips, and regional operations calls. Review project work orders for installations and assist in installer scheduling and training. This role requires significant field presence, reliable transportation, and adherence to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) or Construction Management preferred
- Proven ability to manage projects and communicate key project details
- Ability to lead and organize a team
- Experience working with general contractors and subcontractors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must possess reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Two to Five years’ experience in a Stonhard sales territory
- Experience in sales management or construction management
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- Five (5) related experience working with industrial and commercial projects
Additional Requirements
- Required travel can be up to 50% time in the field
