Job Summary
Lead end-to-end regional logistics operations for the South region with P&L ownership, integrating sales, operations and key account governance to drive revenue growth, margin expansion and service reliability. Set commercial agenda, build and lead regional leadership teams, ensure governance of performance metrics, and collaborate with CXO stakeholders and large enterprise customers to deliver sustainable growth and customer value. Requires 18+ years of regional leadership in road freight/logistics; graduate degree (MBA preferred) and proven ability to translate national strategy into regional priorities across multi-location teams.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree required; MBA or equivalent leadership qualification preferred
- 18+ years of experience in road freight/logistics/transportation
- Full P&L ownership at regional or business-unit level
- Strong experience spanning sales leadership, operations management, and key account governance
- Deep understanding of FTL economics, margin management, and network operations
