Job Summary
Regional Operations Manager responsible for partnering with regional Ops Managers to plan and control budgets, drive Health & Safety adherence, and champion customer experience. Key duties include monitoring productivity and implementing best-practice initiatives to improve metrics; leading growth through service and improving technical lead and conversion rates; overseeing inventory controls and capital budgeting; optimizing workforce planning and call allocation to balance costs with Customer Experience; aligning operations to achieve planned margins; managing online reputation and driving performance reviews; building and sustaining a high-performing operations team through hiring, onboarding, training and development; researching and implementing company/industry best practices; collaborating with Marketing and Sales on new products/services; and leveraging strong leadership to drive operational improvements across the region. Qualifications emphasize a minimum of 5 years of progressive general management or operational experience, business degree (preferred), exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of delivering growth, productivity, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive general management or operational experience within an organization that provides services to the consumer sectors; preferably within the HVAC market
- Demonstrated strong business acumen with ability to contribute to strategic plans
- Results oriented with operational knowledge and ability to meet or exceed growth and profitability targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Professional negotiation skills and ability to influence operational improvement
- Ability to move ideas to implementation with thoroughness and speed
- Ability to develop effective relationships with team and stakeholders
- Willingness to collaborate with Marketing and Sales on new products and services
