Job Summary
Coordinate regional operations by rolling out initiatives, implementing global processes, and designing workflow patterns to maximize efficiency across the network. Support program rollouts tailored to the region while training teams on proprietary analytical tools. Manage daily ad-hoc operational support for on-site and Hub teams, ensuring new teams launch correctly and maintaining positive stakeholder experiences through clear communication. Drive operational excellence by formulating business strategy, ensuring compliance, evaluating risks, and reporting performance metrics. Work within a global setup to leverage AI technology for creative and efficient delivery.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years in either Account / Project Management or Agency Operations
- A demonstrated history of being both process-driven and result-focused
- Comfortable working in a Global set-up across regions, cultures & time-zones
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence stakeholders and build strong and effective working relationships
- The ability to manage and filter workflow as well as organise and prioritise workloads to maximise productivity
- Proficient in Adobe CC, Microsoft Office and other related software
- Self-motivated, working with little supervision
- Collaborative team player - open minded
- Proven ability to effectively work with creative teams
- Proven ability to communicate and liaise with all levels in the business
- Discrete about all confidential and personal information
- Driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools
- ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
