Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in warehouse/logistics/3PL leadership
- multi-site management preferred
- Must be willing and able to travel 75%+ with weekly overnight stays
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse productivity tools
- Knowledge of 3PL operations, inbound/outbound freight, and production unloading
- Familiar with OSHA standards and warehouse safety compliance
