Job Summary
Regional Operations Manager responsible for overseeing outpatient behavioral health clinics across the Florida Panhandle and surrounding area (Pensacola, Panama City Beach, Tallahassee, and Dothan, AL). Based in Tallahassee, this role provides direct leadership to clinic office managers, drives provider productivity, patient access, and schedule optimization, ensures HIPAA/compliance, partners with clinical leadership to uphold high standards of care, leads strategic initiatives to grow and improve operational efficiency, analyzes P&L and budgets, and supervises staff recruitment, onboarding, and development. The role requires regular travel within the Panhandle, maintains an in-office presence 2-4 days per week, and involves collaboration with corporate leadership to ensure alignment with company goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, education in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in a multi-site leadership role at the Director level or higher
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health services, scheduling efficiencies, and insurance reimbursement models
- Proficient in data analysis tools, EMRs (e.g., Athena, NextGen), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Lead changes, talent development, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- In-office presence 2-4 days per week; travel regularly within the Panhandle region
