Job Summary
Own the P&L and day-to-day operational performance across Atlantic markets, ensuring stability, reliability, and service quality. Monitor and manage key marketplace metrics such as ride volume, fulfilment rate, cancellations, and driver utilisation to maintain a healthy supply-demand balance. Be the face of Uride in local communities for drivers, riders, municipalities, and partners while partnering with Customer Support to manage escalations. Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements, conducting regular market reviews to provide data-backed recommendations to leadership. Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and regional regulatory requirements, and travel within the region as needed. Salary range CAD120,000-130,000 plus benefits and bonus; 5–7 years of operations experience required.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in operations, ideally within a marketplace, ride-sharing, logistics, or transportation environment
- Strong experience in business operations reporting and performance tracking
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards)
- Proven ability to manage ongoing operations across multiple locations or business units
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's licence
- Willingness to travel within Atlantic Canada & Ontario
