Job Summary
Regional Operations Manager responsible for leading a regional team across up to 5 branches in the Mid-Atlantic to Southeast region, overseeing logistics, contracts, billing, accounts payable, purchase orders, and project coordination; manages a P&L, mentors ~8 employees, collaborates with Sales and Inventory Center, supports vendor relationships and subcontractors, drives best practices and continuous improvement, and leverages AI/automation to boost operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a management role
- Superior interpersonal skills and a high EQ
- Ability to travel between the branches up to 30%
- High energy, flexible and able to execute in a fast paced, very diverse environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and foster an environment of support for the team during high pressure situations
- Capacity to lead and manage autonomously and as a team member
- Track record of hands-on success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective project and time management skills
- Experience in utilizing financial metrics to manage costs
- PC proficiency in a Windows environment and quick to learn new systems
