Job Summary
Drive regional operational success by supporting leadership in meeting financial goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing corrective actions. Oversee warehouse leaders to maintain inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and timely deliveries while collaborating with Supply Chain to optimize vendor partnerships and freight efficiency. Lead process improvement initiatives, recommend ERP enhancements, and train teams to ensure consistent best practices across Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville locations. This role requires 5+ years of operations experience with supervisory responsibilities and a valid driver's license. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $85,000.
