Job Summary
Direct warehouse management within the region by planning and executing plant operations, driving process improvement projects, and ensuring consistent operating execution. Manage regional operational initiatives, including ownership of company-wide strategic pilots and rollouts, while coaching warehouse management through formal development plans. Oversee change management, monitor productivity measures via on-site visitation, and troubleshoot customer service roadblocks to meet internal and external standards. Communicate course of action to resolve issues and foster a high-performance culture through open communication and employee engagement. Requires travel to Los Angeles, Sacramento, Portland, and Phoenix as needed.

- 5+ years Python experience
