Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for three regional branches in Virginia and Maryland, overseeing installation and project workflows from contract to completion. Direct team hiring, training, and performance while monitoring subcontractor quality and enforcing safety standards. Utilize the in-house CRM to handle job costing, budgeting, and profitability analysis, ensuring all projects meet quality and revenue targets. Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule, order materials, and address complex customer service issues. Requires regular travel to all markets, with up to 25 weeks of travel annually.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in general management
- Experience in the remodeling or residential construction industry
- P&L responsibility
- Team building and management
- Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Process oriented
- Excellent customer relations and problem solving skills
- Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors
- Competence in the use of technology
- Must be able to travel (drive) to all locations regularly
- Must be available for regular regional travel up to 25 weeks per year
