Job Summary
Regional Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple clinic locations, driving operational excellence, cost-effectiveness, and quality of care. Responsibilities include developing performance objectives and budgets, leading Quarterly Business Reviews, mentoring and developing clinic teams, and implementing Lean Six Sigma or other process-improvement methodologies. Key duties involve ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing financial and patient-service metrics, and collaborating with physicians and external partners to support regional growth. The role requires data-driven decision making, proficiency with Excel and reporting tools, and travel between sites; a hybrid work arrangement is available (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) in the San Diego area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a multi-site medical practice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data to drive operational improvements
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting platforms for tracking and improving performance metrics
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives across geographically dispersed business units
- Valid driver’s license to travel between sites as required
