Job Summary
Senior Regional Operations Emergency Services Supervisor responsible for coordinating security, medical and emergency response on coal mining client sites in Blackwater and Daunia, Queensland. Roles are DIDO or FIFO with a 7:7 roster and 12-hour day shifts. Provide liaison between site-based clients and FSA supervisory teams, ensure KPI and budget delivery, maintain 100% shift coverage, construct onsite teams for Security, Medical and Emergency Incident Response, support HR/workforce management, oversee training plans and skills matrices, quality check rostering, flights and accommodation, and assist in incident response reporting and monthly operations reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Drivers Licence - HR Class Manual Open
- QLD Security Licence (Unarmed & CCTV)
- Coal Board Medical - Rescue
- Immunisations - Tetanus Hep A & B
- Standard 11 - Generic Induction Coal Surface
- RIIWHS202E Enter and Work in Confined Space or equivalent
- RIIWHS204W Work safely at heights or equivalent
- Course in Drug & Alcohol Testing HLTPAT005 or equivalent
- Provide Advanced First Aid HLTAID014 or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40116 or equivalent
- Supervisors - G1, 8 & 9
- Site Supervisor Appointment
- Carry out the risk management process RIIRIS402D or equivalent
