Job Summary
Regional Operations Director responsible for leading a portfolio of 8-12 urgent care locations across Texas and California with ~100 team members, 6-8 direct reports, and a P&L in the $10-30M range. Drive market growth strategy, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes; oversee budget, staffing, vendor/inventory management, and compliance to maintain profitability and high-quality care. Provide on-site leadership to regional leaders, recruit and develop regional teams, coordinate provider scheduling, and ensure adherence to accrediting standards. Requires 5+ years of healthcare management, multi-site operations experience, and strong financial acumen; travel to other urgent care offices is required. Bachelors degree is required (master's preferred) with strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
