Job Summary
Regional Director of Operations for Skilled Nursing across Missouri. Lead multi-site communities, ensure regulatory compliance, drive census and financial performance, and mentor Administrators to build bench strength. Oversees operational and clinical leadership, supports recruitment and engagement strategies, partners with regional teams and regulators, and travels frequently to oversee communities. Requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred), licensed Nursing Home Administrator in applicable state, 4+ years of supervisory leadership, and up to 80% travel with a home-office setup.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 4+ years of successful experience in an administrative or supervisory role
- Multi-site leadership or Senior Administrator experience preferred
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in applicable state
- Strong knowledge of state Skilled Nursing regulations
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region (up to 80%)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Comfortable working from a home office with frequent community visits
