Job Summary
Regional Operations Director responsible for overseeing the operational performance of multiple locations within a geographic area, leading teams, implementing strategies, and driving efficiency and profitability. Build and develop a team, manage safety and audits, coordinate logistics and vendor onboarding, monitor metrics such as equipment utilization and customer satisfaction, and travel up to 70% across the state/region. Requires HS diploma, 10+ years leadership experience in equipment rental, strong communication and leadership skills, and legal work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required
- 10+ years of leadership experience in the equipment rental industry required
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship of a Visa
