Job Summary
Regional Office Administrator responsible for the safety, quality, and efficiency of office operations. Key duties include entering daily call logs and tickets, processing accounts payable and credit card receipts, coordinating new hire documentation with HR, supporting the Regional Manager and Crew Chief with administration duties, and maintaining accurate data across Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to read, understand and carry out written and verbal instructions, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, ensure timely completion of tasks, and demonstrate initiative. Experience in data entry and familiarity with OSHA/safety standards and the construction/traffic-control industries are positives. Works indoors/outdoors as needed and may require extended hours, days, and weekends to meet mission needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas issued drivers license in good standing
- 2 years experience in an administrative role or time as an Office Manager
