Job Summary
The Regional Nurse Manager will oversee clinical services across 17 DaVita clinics, providing educational support, ensuring safety readiness, and driving quality improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include coaching clinic teams, conducting internal audits, and collaborating with leadership to improve clinical outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Education to commensurate with RN license
- Minimum 2 years Nephrology Experience
- Experience leading clinical function or managing nurses
- Experience in teaching adult learning with demonstrated ability to communicate technical/medical information in lay terms
- Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to create presentations and use the internet effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in associated field
- Experience in CQI methodology and techniques
- Basic understanding of state and federal regulations and requirements
